Attansic L1 Gigabit

Mark: Good

(the report is combined by ecomstation.ru)

I have a motherboard with an Attansic L1 Gigabit Ethernet chip and have it working using Genmac220. When I first installed it the link lights on the switch showed it running at a 1000Mhz but now it only runs at 10Mhz. When the PC is first switched on POST sets the lights to 1000 but once the driver loads they go to 10 again.

I've tried inserting "HKR_MediaType,6" into the options field of PROTOCOL.INI in an attempt to force 1000 but it doesn't make any difference.

I looked at that file and it had the media type set to 1 at the top and to 0 further down. I changed the top one to 0 and it now running at 1000 :-)
