Mark: Bad

Basic inexpensive 15 inch laptop with Athlon processor.

Good: the processor screams.
Good: ACPI (modified 3.14 or later) works in smp apic mode
Bad: SDD/SNAP provide 1024x786 display only (1280x800 lcd)
Bad: wifi card is Atheros 168c:0013 rev C which is not useable with Genmac.
Bad: You cannot change the wifi card. There is a bios trap.
Bad: there is no access to the BIOS except to set boot device order. The BIOS is shadowed.
Bad: Only Vista is supported by HP and Nvidia. NvVidia chipset is MCP-67
