MOXA informed us that this device is not supported in OS/2.

"Although you can active C168H/PCI or C104H/PCI by directly access IO, but you can not use this way to active C32010T/PCI. Because C32010T/PCI is a intellengent card and it with two CPUs. (One on card the other on module.) These two CPUs need firmware to work, so without our driver it can not work."

There was some attempts to run it with SIO driver but no success -- http://ecomstation.ru/download/moxa-ecsrus11-175.zip (russian texts)
