Nvidia Riva TNT2 chip. 32 meg memory. Never a problem with Nvidia or SciTech Display Doctor (SDD) drivers. (to 1600 x 1200 85hz) But never detectable, and has always hung on startup with several versions of SciTech's SNAP drivers.
