The idea of creation of the IRC network belongs to Massimo Sangriso from Italy. The network has been put up so eCS/OS/2 users can have a chat. Maybe drop a question if they can't solve a problem. Or developers who want to talk about a problem and want to try and get a fast answer.....
There are currently 14 IRC servers in the network active. The network will continue to be expanded.
