License agreement

  1. All rights on DVD/CD Toys are reserved to its author - Dmitry Steklenev. The distribution rights for the program are reserved to eCo Software.
  2. Permission to use DVD/CD Toys during 30-days trial period is granted to user. At the end of the trial period or earlier, if a user wishes to continue using program, he must register.
  3. Registered user is granted non-exclusive right to use DVD/CD Toys in any lawful purposes simultaneously on computers, quantity and conditions of which were stipulated during program purchase and also rights depending on type of purchased license. A registered copy of DVD/CD Toys cannot be leased, but can be transferred in the complete set if recieving person agrees the terms of this license. If the product is an update then all previous versions have to be transferred too.
  4. Unregistered trial version of DVD/CD Toys can be distributed freely under condition of that this distribution package was not modified.
  5. User cannot use, copy, emulate, clone, lease, rent, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, learn code of the program in any other way, convey program or any parts of it otherwise, than it is defined by this license.
  6. DVD/CD TOYS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LAIBLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  7. Installing and using of DVD/CD Toys means, that the user understands the conditions of this license agreement and agrees with them.
  8. If the user does not agree with conditions of this license agreement he has to delete the files of DVD/CD Toys from his storage devices and has to stop any further use of the program.
