Установка USB Audio для OS/2

В каком виде вы получили USB Audio драйверы? .zip или .exe?

Вообще-то, есть две ветки драйверов

  • есть официальные usb драйверы - вы получаете их с сайта arcanoae.com
  • есть альтернативные, от Lars Erdmann

Выбрать USB Audio как Первая, Основная аудио-карта

В каждой OS/2 уже установлен драйвер для HD Audio и т.п. А вы установили 2-ой аудио-адаптер. Тогда остается выбрать USB Audio как Первый адаптер:

  • официальные - нужно вручную
  • Lars - можно выбрать через MMOS2 WPS объект

 

Заметки про версии:

  • Если IBM OS/2 Warp, то там всё сложно.
  • если eCS 1.2.5, то всё сложно
  • если eCS 2.0, можно взять ACPI, USB драйверы из ArcaOS и пробовать на eCS поставить. см. далее про ArcaOS.

Time goes and we see that OS/2 must support new models of computers because old generations are not available. don't fit the requirements.
