x new: 5-star song-rating function; press + or - in the lister or while a track is playing to rate it.

x new: play now / play next / add to end of playlist icons added for each track via the built-in webserver

x fix: wrong time (current and total) on tracks with an image embedded in them

fixed: update to support the layout changes in the shoutcast search results ('h' from the file lister)

fixed: .mp3 -> .wav conversion in the w32 port crashed every once in a while (esp. on large mp3's)

fixed: after editing the id3 from the lister while the edited mp3 is playing, auto-refresh the id3 upon returning to the playscreen
